What Happens After I Schedule an Appointment?

• After you have scheduled your service appointment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
• Decide where you would like to wait for your vehicle. Many services can be completed while you wait in our waiting area. Comfortable chairs to work, read, watch TV or use your mobile device with Free Wi-Fi and digital device chargers are available. You may also take advantage of our shuttle service - your advisor has more information. If your vehicle is determined to be in the shop for an extended period of time, we have loan cars available upon verification of your insurance. The Acura Courtesy Car Program is contingent on your comp and collision insurance coverage that transfers over to the loan car. Loan cars are available on a first come basis.
